As Midas Consulting, Inc. we offer solutions to problems of our client companies within the scope of competition law through our competition consultants and lawyers.

In the cases such as the enterprise’s possession of control, merger and acquisitions as well as in the agreements and negotiations between the organisations, which of all are the basic issues of competition law; thanks to the consulting services, in order to avoid infringing situations, the client enterprises have the possibility to compete in the terms of the free market economy and acquisitions also in compliance with the law and regulations.

The mergers and acquisitions, subject to permission, the infrastructure is provided for any kind of applications to the Competition Authority in relation with the exemptions on vertical or horizontal agreements with other companies or negative determination transactions.

In the preliminary investigations or inspections initiated against our customers; representation in front of the Competition Authority and presenting any kind of written and oral justifications are prepared by our specialists as a part of our services.

Technical support is provided to the companies in front of the State Council, acting as the Court of first instance in the proceedings to cancel the finalized, precautionary or administrative fine decisions of the Competition Authority; the technical preparation of the justification is carried out by us.

Our company follows up the domestic applications as well as the applications particularly in the EU and the United States in respect to any legal problems that may arise in this context, and we a good command on foreign languages such as English, Spanish, and French.
